40 g mayonnaise
10 g sriracha or other hot chili sauce (optional, adjust to taste)
60 g carrot, cut into thin matchsticks

40 g white cabbage, very finely shredded
30 g cucumber, cut into thin matchsticks
10 g fresh coriander (cilantro) sprigs
