1 red bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces (about 150 g)
4 spring onions, cut into 4–5 cm pieces (about 60 g)
1 small onion, sliced (about 70 g)
40 g roasted peanuts, unsalted
15 ml vegetable oil
10 ml sesame oil
15 ml soy sauce
10 ml oyster sauce
10 ml rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
10 g brown sugar
5 g cornflour (cornstarch)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped (about 5 g)
5 g fresh ginger, finely chopped
2 g freshly ground black pepper
2 g salt (to taste)
